At almost every event either on the load-in or load-out someone stops me, stunned by how efficient Event Espresso is. I say this because we literally bring an entire café with us, event after event. And yes, it all fits onto one dolley. 

This is part of the magic of Event Espresso. When we tell you, all we need is a standard outlet and we'll take care of the rest, we mean it – that’s a guarantee. 

How Our Mobile Coffee Bar Sets Up Anywhere

On the day of your event, our Brand Ambassador’s car is packed with coffee gear. This includes a commercial-grade espresso machine, all the tools needed to dial in and pull high-quality shots, syrups, mochas, a bar with a top, a trashcan, and a cooler filled with milk. Everything arrives with us, every time. 

We then navigate through office buildings, large venues, hotels (and all their winding corridors and elevators) with ease. What can we say? We are an adaptable business. 

Then comes set-up, which takes place only an hour before service begins. We set up our bars, get our espresso machines plumbed and heated, blend seamlessly into your space, and dial in our espresso. 

Once our shots are tasting just right, customer service becomes our highest priority. We don’t only want to serve delicious coffees, we also want to create smiles, and brighten people’s day. It’s a thread that connects the entire Event Espresso team, and each of our Brand Ambassadors bring their own spark of personality. We’re not a uniformed company; creativity is at the heart of our art.

Creativity is the true magic of Event Espresso. What you see as efficiency is the creative outcome of our Founder Casey’s dream to bring the coffee shop to you – drinks, partnerships, atmosphere, and all. 

This dream has brought thousands of coffee carts to people for 15 years and we’ve learned a lot about hospitality, catering, and business along the way. But some things have stayed tried and true, like her bar design. Originally created by her and her uncle and perfected over the years of events, was updated by the help of her husband and our very own Zack of All Trades.  

Our menus are fully customizable to fit your budget and event needs. Want a complete coffee house menu with cold brew and drip coffee? Done. Prefer a scaled-back, simple espresso bar? We do that too. We also offer everything in between, including hot chocolate pop-ups around the Holidays, premium teas, matcha, and chai. 

We create new seasonal drinks (with toppings) four times a year and can design a fully custom beverage to fit your brand, theme, or vision. 

Casey is a yes-person and she built a team that shares her ethos. We want to make it happen for you because we know how important your event is big or small.
